The Fiddlehead Institute for Creative Learning is a non-profit organization founded by the leaders of the Lifelong Kindergarten research group at MIT Media Lab and founders of the Tinkering Studio.
The Fiddlehead team brings together a unique combination of expertise in educational and technological innovation, with a track record for developing successful and scalable tools, strategies, and initiatives that cultivate caring communities of creative learning around the world.
Fiddlehead initiatives build on the team's experience developing Scratch, OctoStudio, the Tinkering Studio, Learning Creative Learning, the Computer Clubhouse Network, Making and Tinkering Communities of Practice, Art of Tinkering Online Courses, and Creative Learning Festivals.
Over the past 30 years, we have collaborated with creative educators around the world, and we are excited to amplify their work and mobilize a global movement around creative learning.
